I've tried searching around the forums and google for the answer to this questions, but I'm not finding anything.

When graphing DPS in pyfa, can you set a target ship (not just sig, speed etc, but an actual fit)?

If the answer is no, is there any way to account for the targets resistances when comparing weapons?

No way to select a fit... EveHQ I know lets you select damage and resist profiles though.. just.. terrible range calculations for applied DPS..

No, that's part of the reason why EFT is just better; its dps graph options together with being able to affect fits and scenarios allows you way more granularity and insight.
