Mouse position skipping at edge of screen

I've been noticing this bug for some time now and I'm wondering if there is a fix.

I am running two clients on two monitors.
Sometimes, in either widowed or fixed window mode, my cursor starts bugging out.
As the cursor hits the edge of the screen, it resets itself in the middle of the screen. It's very weird and sometimes annoying.

I found one other topic about it but it was locked.

I've talked to a few people who also experience this bug, anyone else?

Im having mouse problems in EVE, also, it skips and stutters, hard to play without a mouse.
Mouse works fine everywhere else
