Community Spotlight: Spectre Fleets

There is a long history of "open fleets" in EVE. These fleets, for those who don't know, are where everyone is invited to join up and then go and shoot whatever they find, be it blue, red, or neutral to the members of the fleet. If it's not part of the fleet, it's fair game. One of the newer groups on the blocks is the Spectre Fleet, which is quickly becoming more popular.
