Now not in militia. Can join all FW militias except Caldari (State Protectorate), only militia that has slightly negative standing (-0.30) towards this char. Only other negative standing toward this char is State War Academy (-0.17).

-0.4 Sec Status (so non of sec status or standings are not any problem but slightly towards joining Caldari militia)

6,750,460 skill points, mainly in Gallente Frigate (lvl 5), basic skills, Weapon Upgrades (lvl 5) and AWU (lvl 4), and most in engineering, navigation, shield and drone skills.

This characters reputation is as clear as can be after some LP farming. Nobody pissed off by him. I want to trade or biomass this so I get other better char name to monument.
