-once for the kill and once for blowing up my wreck...boooo

OP, you are, in my most humble opinion, everything that's wrong with EVE. Right now your a victim and will remain so until you harden up and become the abettor of your own vengeance. I bet you leaned back in your chair, put your hands behind your head and thought "that showed those pesky gankers" (or thoughts to that effect) after starting this thread but you'd be wrong, so wrong.

If they're suicide gankers, then they either already are, or they soon will be at sufficiently low sec status that you can shoot them on sight anyway. Which would make killrights fairly pointless.

So just fit up an Omen or something with a bunch of sebos and blast their ships and pods, get that bounty yourself.

[Edit: Otherwise all you've done is create more publicity for Backyard Pooper.

Personally I think backyard pooper sounds like quite the upstanding individual. For his creation of content both for the OP (and the resulting creation of OP's thread) , I have taken the liberty of sending him 100m isk for making the EVE community a better place.

How truly AWWFULLLL! What system were you in? When are you usually on? Can you link your ship and fit by chance?

Well I was in an Indy 5...which equals happy shoot me time. Any recommendations on good fits down the road for an Indy 5 so its less likely to get ganked?

He was in a vexor with Garde II drones I believe.

Let's see, I was in the system Colelie around 2:00 eve time. There were a few people there...ganking and picking up the loot. It was mean.....but also funny. They left my wreck there. When I went back to pick it up they blew it up as I just got in range. HEHE

The best way to not get ganked in an Iteron is to have only a few million ISK in cargo.

Anything over 70m or so is gankworthy if cargo scanned.

Even with less, you will sometimes be ganked by someone that has not cargo scanned you but is lucky dipping.

Yes, but nothing great. Shield extenders and resists. I am experimenting with some fits and different ships. I realize I will give up cargo space, but I would like to try a fit that isn't likely to die before concord intervention.
