There is a bug preventing me from transferring this character. I am told "Target Character already involved in a transfer" when that is not the case - I can log him in, and select he is not listed as in transfer on the account information screen.

I have filed a ticket and am awaiting advisement from CCP staff.

Yes, it's possible that an account may only be able to receive one character at once. I will keep you updated when my ticket is answered.

Received a reply from CCP - turns out that yes, an account can only be involved in one character transfer at a time. Just sent this guy over. Pleasure doing business with you.
