Rokh Fit for l4 missions

Im looking at fitting a Rokh for l4 missions.
I know many of you dont like them for missions or feel a raven can do much better, and while i agree, i just dont like missiles. I prefer turrets, rails are my favorite weapon system so id like to fit a Rokh for l4's.
With that said for lvl 4 missions should i fit 425's or 350's?
Any fits you could link here would be appreciated.

The ACR makes fitting 425s easy. Just jump to distance and snipe away, the tank is sufficient for any MJD sniper (the fitting above is against guristas/serpentis).

Awesome thx guys, I knew I wanted to use a MJD but it wouldnt be possible with using 350's as they dont have the range. I was concerned with frigs gettin too close and the crappy tracking of 425's.
I was also looking at using NF Lead since it seems to have decent range and decent dmg, or should I stay with NF Antimatter and NF Iridium?

Use whatever ammunition suits you.

As for frigs, use drones or snipe them at long range. You should have no problem killing them when you group your weapons in 2 or 3 groups and kill the frigs while they fly directly at you.

Only spider drones may be to fast but just use some Warrior II or Hobgoblin II and you are fine.

EDIT: To be precise on the ammunition, use Uranium for targets above 100km (they have 111km optimal and you can target up to 112km) and Antimatter for anything 85km or lower.

Damien, could you edit your fit given it has the wrong damage rig ?

Doesnt Iridium have more range than Urainium?

Yes, it does.

But its optimal range is 178km, there is no way you can actually fire that far as long as your targeting range is 112,5km.

Actually, with a sensor booster i can hit out to 177km, but id have to give up the tracking comp for it, you think thats an even trade?

No.

There is no reason to force ranges beyond 100km.

Remember, iridium does less damage than Uranium, so why do you want to use the less damaging ammunition?

In case you want to improve your fitting.

As long as your Tank is sufficient, always go for the maxximum ammount of DPS for the greatest range when using MJD.

Stuff like this is a viable option as long as your tank is fine. With this setup you do not need to change your ammunition at all.

Do you know the optimal range of this fit?

Most if these fits are great. I only fly Rokh in L4s and have for a long time.

All you need to do is ensure you have enough tank to survive initial warp ins, you know those annoying close range ones. From there, try to match lock range with weapon range by swapping around optimal range scripts and even targeting range scripts on sensor boosters.

Frigs die super fast with these fits because NPCs are dumb and don't do transversal, so you can **** directly down their throat and one shot almost all frigs and even some destroyers. Otherwise, use light drones around you to kill the frigs. Also nice to throw on salvage tones for a few extra isk while moving between gates after enemies are all down.

Overall, all the above fits work the same, just small detail differences between them.

As much as I LOVE the Rokh, I should mention it may be worth wild to fiddle around with Naga fits too for the same purpose if isk is tight.

For what it's worth, I typically engage at 150km, swap ammo and scripts according to optimal ranges to about 55km and then MJD and rinse and repeat. Safe tactic and shields almost never go under 98%... Almost. Some missions I get impatient and get too close and heavy for fun.
