Serpentis Stasis Webifier Bonus

I have a suggestion I'd like to discuss with regards to the potential change to the Serpentis stasis webifier bonus.

What would happen if we transferred some of the bonus away from Serpentis ship hulls and gave it to the Serpentis stasis webifier modules themselves?

I propose that it should be possible to maintain the 90% web bonus if and only if Serpentis webs are used alongside the Serpentis ship hulls. This would be done by buffing the Serpentis web at the same time as nerfing the Serpentis ships. Changes detailed below:

Existing Serpentis webifier bonus: 10% per level to effectiveness of stasis webifiers
Existing Serpentis webifier strength: -55% target speed
Existing Serpentis webifier range: 13 Km

Proposed Serpentis webifier bonus: 7.5% per level to effectiveness of stasis webifiers
Proposed Serpentis webifier strength: -65% target speed
Proposed Serpentis webifier range: 10 Km (back down to T2 level to compensate for increased strength)

Serpentis ships are some of the most unique ships in the game, theres 3 of them and they all have a glass jaw.

Stop trying to fix whats not broken, its a player favorite without being rampantly used all over EVE (regardless of how often you fight X wormhole group that uses them or what happens in your tiny corner of lowsec).

the real problem is normal web mods..

60% it too high for any e-war mod on an unbonused ship ... its fine on a bonused ship

perhaps the serpentis web could have a slightly higher web strength than T2 webs in exchange for some range and high cap use..

T3's need to be versatile so no rigs are necessary ... they should not have OP dps and tank

ABC's should be T2, remove drone assist, separate HAM's and Torps range, -3 HS for droneboats

Nerf web strength, Make the blaster Eagle worth using

At one point i was thinking DD is op myself.

And indeed its hella strong as it should be - it's pirate frig not some garbage.

But why it's not op ?
I met one DD, i was inside small complex in kiting coercer at 20km where he landed ... he was in structure so fast that he had only one choice: to run away. Derp on my side made him leave this combat.
But yeah he was melting like snow in summer.

It's still surprsingly strong and i COMPLETLY disagree with Vigilant and Vindicator to be squishy. WTF Grath ... i can link fits with decent tank damage and 2 webs for vigilant without problem.

I find Vigilant and Vindi op not DD tbh.

No you can't, for the price tag the ships carry in return for the power they possess they're not 'decent tank'. A billion isk battleship carrying essentially the same tank as its T1 Battleship cousin isn't OP, the same goes for the Vigilant, it doesn't do that much above and beyond a thorax to justify it being near in price to a Proteus, while still carrying the same tank as said Thorax.

Sorry, its not OP, its if anything right where it should be for what it costs and what it gives in return.
