Reimbursement and Time for the issues we had?

After 2 weeks of unplayable EVE, I'm suspicious on what the stand on ship reimbursement and time is. Being unable to make ISK at all the past 2 weeks and unable to play.

Apparently ships lost due to this flicker issue cannot be reimbursed due to it not showing on server (which it wasn't visible on server). I am questioning about the reimbursement part of it?

Also on what happens since we were unable to access/access properly for the past 14 days, being unable to make ISK or playing EVE?

Thank you CCP for fixing the issue and I'd want to see what will be done for us however.

Because for example with me, I've been able to update my skills the entire time but not undock without the flicker freeze?

It would be nice to know tbh in case our petitions fail. Since I couldn't get ship reimbursement, I'd want to know if we will get anything for the flicker issue issues.

I agree, and I still get the screen freeze, and socket closed and forced restart issue. Resulting in ships lost.

Been over a week since they forwarded my support ticket over to the billing department. They couldn't fix the issue after several weeks so I asked for a refund. No response since they forwarded my email over to the billing department and, as I said, that was over a week ago.

Good luck getting compensation. I have three accounts and they haven't been working properly since February 4th at the latest. That's 23 days per account. Easy math gives me 69 days of PAID (USD) game time that have been completely wasted. The rest of the game time I have sitting idle in my accounts is just wasted money it seems.

It has come to my attention that the Mac Community seems to be getting black balled when it come to reimbursement over the black screen issue we suffered. All of us are subscribing players, and it was not our fault that CCP made changes to the server and client, which in turn affected the supported hardware we use.

However, GM after GM seems to ignore what happened to the Mac Community, and closes our tickets without reimbursement, or correcting the issues that resulted due to players not being able to login for an extended period of time, because of the changes made to the server and client.

It is not that we do not appreciate CCP for supporting the Mac Community, but CCP should fix all the issues associated with this egregious event, we have dubbed "Black Screen," as it lasted for an extended period of time. This would be acceptable if we were beta testing, but it is not the case here.

Still no response since my ticket was forwarded to the billing department on February 19th. I can't play the game without freezes and have yet to speak to anyone about getting my refund.

Quality service. Basically, CCP doesn't give a damn about their customers.

Well my ship reimbursement has already been denied and I am still waiting for a reply on the petition about game time. And CCP hasn't said anything at all on this thread, so I'm unsure whats happening.
