Earlier devblogs stated

Quote:

# Turrets, launchers, EW batteries and hardeners now take 5 seconds to anchor/unanchor and 120 seconds to online/offline
# Every other structure not already mentioned in this list now takes 5 seconds to anchor/unanchor and 3 seconds to online/offline

Yet the patch notes say nothing about online/offline timers. Only about anchor/unanchor times.

Quote:

# Most starbase structures have had their anchor and unanchor timers reduced to 5 seconds.
# Starbase turrets, launchers, electronic warfare batteries and hardeners have had their anchor and unanchor timers reduced to 5 seconds .

An omission or a change?

Crucible Question:

As far as the new Capt Qtr. go, is the factional qtrs. based on my character or is it based on the faction that owns the station?

For example, I'm Caldari. If I dock to an Amarr station, would I get an Amarr CQ because of the station or would I still receive my Caldari-based CQ?

Thanks,

Based on the faction that owns the station Reteris. So if you are of the Amarr race, docking into a Caldari Navy station; you will be in Caldari CQ. Also, the CQ in empire space are cleaner than those in nullsec Blink

I want a pleasure hub.

bring that back and I'll load the CQ every time.

# The Jumps API no longer shows jumps into wormhole space.

I beg your pardon?

Just to make completely sure here:

1. We will now not have the "jump history" for any system in w-space.

2. We will still have the "NPC kill" and "player kill" information.

Assuming my interpretation of that is correct, that makes it very hard to determine if a w-space system has been active lately. It's something we'll adapt to, but was that one run by the CSM or really anyone before being launched? I would definitely have had some feedback on that, to the effect of "hour-old data about whether someone has activated a wormhole in system may not mean much on the face of it, but it can be critical information for us."

Rationale please?

* Removed personal standings gain from storyline Agents. Previously if a storyline mission was completed in a fleet, the fleet members would be wrongly awarded personal standings.

Does this mean that if a fleet completes storyline mission, all in the fleet gain standings towards the faction, not just the pilot whose mission it was? If so, this would be a great boon for fixing... "compromised" Oops ... NPC faction standings...

Star fields have been greatly enhanced to provide a more immersive feeling of being in space. Actual stars from neighboring solar systems will be displayed and the newly rotated stargates will aim at them, making them visible if they are close enough. Further details can be found in the blog Asking for directions by CCP Mannapi.

Nice touch.

Fix POSes.  Every player should want one (even if all players can't have one).

No jumps in wormhole space is a great change. No gate to track the jumps, no jumps... makes it easier to be :discreet: in W-space.

They've already stated there would be a trailer.

Question is, will we get it today or tomorrow? Big smile

I too would like an answer on this since I will have to code a new release of my corp's web tools to match the change.

Elite Megathron Duvolle

I forgot Elite Battleships were the original name of T2 Tier Battleships during testing.

The original 4. The Elite Raven is a Scorpion for some reason.
