SWOBC is a new corporation looking for opportunistic individuals. The SWOBC family needs to be trust-worthy, dependable, contributing, and friendly. This small group will become the backbone of this corporation. Every single one of you will be my word and my will. You will have the respect, the seniority, and the influence over the many recruits we take on in the future. Once we are ready to expand after months of flying together, making ISK and stockpiling ships, the fun truly begins for us all.

There are 3 stages to our plan for success:

Step 1: PROJECT FAMILY MATTERS
- 10-30 active members
- Refine our PvP skills as a team

Right now we're primarily focused on recruitment. This is a time for our 10-30 members to get comfortable with eachother and bond(awwwwww <3). Sounds cheesy, but it's true. We need to have a solid core of vets for when we expand on to new horizons.

Step 2: PROJECT KILL SQUAD
- 30-50 active members
- Refine our leadership core
- Introduce all PvP aspects

Here we mould our leadership core. We will begin to take on more potential recruits, further extending our availability to do OPs and solidify our leadership and senior members. We will introduce all PvP aspects and daily operations. Our primary fighting force will consist of a regular standing fleet(will discuss later), however, we will have an elite COVERT OPs fleet for all those willing to train up for it.

Step 3: PROJECT HOME SWEET HOME
- Find a home in null sec
- 50+ members

Flex our muscle. Forge our reputation as tactical, fearless, and ruthless pirates(or mercenaries..).

I am interested. Would you need an orca/noctis pilot in your corp? I play just about every night for a few hours. Real life is my priority though so sometimes I won't be able to get on.
