New dev blog: Get jacked in the for the holidays with the Genolution CA-1

There's plenty of reason these days to make sure your accounts are active, Crucible being one of them. Another is the Genolution CA-1, the first in a set of complimentary implants each active pilot is about to receive.

Read all about it in this new blog by CCP Hekatonkheires (Yeah, I can't pronounce that either), and as always, leave your feedback for our scrutiny.

Nice implant. Wondering what the creative farming would refer to. I might want to buy a few extra for later use after getting podded, or maybe even as a speculative investment. I hope that's no problem.

It's nice and all, but right now, I don't fly fits that are that tight.

Implant set bonus: 50%

Does this mean that the set will give also +6 perception and +6 intelligence ?

No, just like pirate sets, the set bonus only applies to the non-attribute bonuses.

I wish it did, but I don't hold my breath on it.

I already have a +5 implant set, so this will go to another jump clone or an alt.

Yep... that is what I thought too... however that description in the devblog is really misleading.

very shiney, gunna be very usefull for Amarr pilots by the looks of things, looking foward to seeing the CA - 2 's stats i assume same bonuses?

Of course the real big question is: When do we get/see the second Core Augmentation implant?

Does "active paid account" imply that people who have game with from PLEX do not get an implant?
