as CCP tolerates ISBOX for macroing xxxxx clients for pvp,
do they same for PvE too?
I've seen isboxed smartbombing ships wiping anomalies and wonder if it's legal.

Confirming CCP allows programs for use against other players,, but that's just unfair to the NPCs....

its not about fairness but bulk of smartbombing battleships generates crazy amounts of ISK in anomalies.

As long as you do not "macro" it is legal, same as in pvp. Meaning that you can do key broadcasting, but no timed actions.

one thing I know for sure is that you can't have more than 1 action for each client per button pressed

I was asking if it is possible for me to macro so my mouse button would active 3 different modules same time. I told that it is against EULA

If you actually do some research into the topic, you'll find all sorts of issues that you might run afoul of should you decide to use the program. You shouldn't be surprised if you end up getting hit with the ban hammer.

Mate, he doesn't even use the Build In Keyboard/Mouse Broadcast function. So in essential he just used it to get more display space. You can see how he manually turns on every smartbomb / module by hand?

You can archive the same thing with 4 Monitors.

CCP has already answered this question and they are not obligated to repeat themselves every time someone makes a new thread on the topic.
