Website, massive crashes.. any official repport? we being ddossed?

so far it appears to be certain groups of players, no correlated geography between them, but certain ones are getting dropped from the server repeatedly, probably a priority connection thing or somethign deciding whos dropped.

I too, had a strange lag spike hit me today. Didn't Dc me though so I thought nothing of it. Logging in takes a bit longer though.

There appear to have been some unannounced changes to eve-gate and the like.

Such changes will cause issues as caches and what not are out of synch to various degrees but should straighten out over a couple days. Outside of simple bugs in such changes, there can be other issues involved.

Use ctrl+F5 if pages act funky to see if that helps straighten things out.

Any "super geeks" out there can tell you there are a lot more caches of things across the internet than just on your PC and the actual server you are working with - lots of little smoke & mirror effects to speed up requests that can mess up when fairly static elements change from a server.

It seems to be per computer too as my main on my laptop dc every hour on the hour but my account on my desktop stays perfectly fine. I know it's not my end because than it would be both computers and the ts I was running on the computer that was dropping would have disconnected ..... But it didn't

A lot of DDOS attacks happening in the past few days, attacks on web hosting sites like namecheap, and banking sites. Many ISPs are running security protocols, blocking certain IP's and behaviors, etc.
