Hi,

I've seen this skill training boosters for new characters.

I wonder if they still exist in the game and if they do how do you get them when you subscribe. I mean if I upgrade my account, do I get this boosters?

Yes. They still exist.

With some ways to subscribe you get them as a gift, while other ways dont get you one.
Of course you can always buy them from thr in game market if you want.

Last time I started a new account I got one of these when I converted to full subscription.

That was about 10 months ago and I started the new account via a buddy invite.

Just go to the search feature of the Market interface (just above where the item categories are listed on the left) and search for "accelerator." There are actually 3 flavors with varying duration and bonuses. Their abilities are tied to account age, so only new accounts will get anything out of them.

You can get them as an item in the starter packs sold by Green Man Gaming. Sometimes they go on sale for $5. Take a look
