That's ok I'll leave it up to the GM's then...

As a bit of advice though confimr with seller you are actually the person buying the toon. As the post says the toon was for sale until ISK was received...

If nothing else you learned a valuable lesson.

dogg ur an idiot. Its matter not how he did it, he will get back his isk. Their no form of scamming allowed, even if he never confirmed it here. its happened to me when a guy sent me isk in this way and I had similar ideas as u. but u will loose this fight.
