Currently I have a terrible rating with the Gallente Federation (I blew some stuff up during missions in my early days as a player). so I'm now -9.17

Is there any way of improving your rating with a federating that will blow you up as soon as you enter their space sector? Or am I just doomed to be like this forever?

I've seen things you people wouldn't believe. Attack ships on fire off the shoulder of Orion. I watched C-beams glitter in the dark near the Tannhauser gate. When I die, all those moments will be lost in time, like tears in rain.

Fastest way to fix it may be to join some gallente militia player corp and take couple promotions with help of some player who can share fw missions for you.

That way you can fix it fast to level where diplomacy skill makes it better than -5.
