What do I need to know about level 5 missions?

Drake finishes LvL 4s like an old woman crossing the road. There is no such thing.

LVL 5 are either camped by wannabes are useless solo. CCP made sure they were useless

If you need to ask basic **** like this then you lack the ISK/experience/ability to gather information/IQ/brain to do them.
