Serious appraisals only please, do not waste your time and mine telling me he's not a good PvP pilot, or can't fly a specific ship for something other than industry because I already know this, his primary roles are mining/industry, boosting and fleet assist roles.

He can also pull some lvl 4 missions in certain places.

He's currently in Null sec, but if i decide to put him up for sale, I will put him back in high sec, I will pay for the transfer, and ALL CCP rules would apply.
