Unless you have some significant desire to use battleships, a C1 might be a better option. No one wants to try and kick someone out of a C1.

I will be using battleships, hence the c2 or 3.

More specifically, hot dropping blops on nullbears.

Don't discount running the C5s Gas Sites as well. Good ISK to be had there ninja mining in Ventures.

Never base your decision to do WHs based on the possibility of being evicted. WSpace is the best place to be and you shouldn't fear living here. Just know pvp is going to happen and just keep your chin up and do you best to pew back.

So I am thinking about making a move into a c2 with a NS and c5 static

Doing it all alone makes logistics ( getting fuel in) a bit of a pain, as your main way to high sec wiil be random k162's from other wh systems.

Lies. There is a definite, albeit limited market. We're a special breed for sure.
Source: Just sold mine of 2 years. And already miss it.

If you're active you'll find more than enough R943s from HS (we used to get them weekly). At ideal m3/kg configurations that's a ton of room to haul (well over 1.5M m3 per hole one-way if you're dedicated enough). And if desperate don't discount NS->C3->HS routes, found more than my fair share. Logistics takes some planning but is definitely manageable. Just have more fuel on-hand than you'd think necessary (I got nervous at under 2 months, but that's because I'm paranoid).

This.

The statics are always in the relic/data sig strength. You can't differentiate between the null & c5 static without warping to them. That being said, it was a blast living there.

Can be annoying. If you're content keeping them open I started their timers offset by a few hours, that way I'd catch one rolling while the other was still around and could keep them straight. Or at least have one roll pre-downtime and the other post, that way you can differentiate them by sig ID alone.

Just chiming in to remind you to not leave a half-dozen capitals floating in your C2 if you want to avoid eviction attempts. We just evicted a small C2 corp this weekend because Illusion of Solitude apparently takes our job of "Wormhole Janitor" very seriously. Keep it clean and keep your capitals in your XLSMA, or we'll clean it for you!

As far as nullsec shenanigans... sounds perfect. C5 space is where many active, small PvP corps like ours live, so it's likely you'll run into a lot of people wanting pew. If that's cool for you, it's cool for us. Hoping to bump into you :)

With the C5 static you may run into people that want pew. Blue-ball them enough or show your care-bear claws too many time and the wrong corp may send in a T3 fleet to bash you out of frustration

I hope no self-respecting W-space corp would get butthurt over being blueballed by one dude and a few of his alts.
