Looking for a ganglink boosting toon with between 12-20 million SP.

Requirements:

  • At least one T3 cruiser with Defensive subsystem to V (Loki/Tengu preferred, Legion ok)
  • T2 Skirmish Links
  • One of either: T2 Siege or Armor links


Battlecruiser and Command Ship skills are nice but not required.

Looking to spend between 6 to 10 billion isk.

4days to finish Cybernetics V then you can have your pick of faction mind links as he can fit them all.

Why have T2 Siege or Armour, take both and through in some extra lock range and the crappy ECM ones too.

All of this for meagre 12Billion ISK

I have a pure boosting toon but need ship skills trained don't know if you would want but but can use t2 siege mod and all other leader ship skills but rank 5 are all 5
