The effects bar is the bit that shows when you are being scrammed, webbed, neuted, etc...

It does not show positive remote effects a.k.a. buffs. I propose an option to show buffs.

That would make it obvious when you are receiving reps, remote sebos, tracking links, etc... and it would look so much prettier than a little grey progress bar (which is the only indication that you are receiving e.g. tracking links).

I also want the option to move it. or make it smaller. and show when your scrammed by a bubble. I want a lot of things.
