Per the title I am looking to purchase a C3 with NS static with the poco's.

I would also prefer to have a tower in the system that is set up/fueled for a month, but that is not a deal breaker.

I do not want any capitals, BS, etc. Though a mining ship or two could be negotiated on if you are leaving them.



I would also prefer a Blackhole system. Yes, that was correct, Blackhole system.


If you have such a system you are wanting to sell let me know and we can negotiate a price.
