Hallo sry for the question but I dont know how to contact any GM ingame
I wona pay a Titan on the normal server ut Im wona test it first on the test server
now my question im starting to build one on the testserver but thats need a long time and the testserver is not so long online before the next update commes
it is possible to accelerate the manifacture of a titan(avatar) to test it out on the testserver?

You have to make Titans and supercarriers on the test server, as they are not seeded. Many corporations offer capital ship assembly arrays if you can make supercarriers and Titans (Capital Ship Construction V is needed to make Titans).
It takes a few months (more than 2 usually) between each mirror, so you have more than enough time to make several titans and supercarriers if you have the skills to do so on Tranquility (the mirror copies your skills from tranquility).

didn't they used to have petitions to accelerate their manufacture or did they quit that?

They quit that due to the amount of requests they were getting

The test server is for CCP to learn about bugs in upcomming releases not for your own personal live EFT.

Actually, the test server is for both.

That's a surprisingly large part of how bugs get found.

Not sure what your problem is sir. But hell if a "Test" server is not there to Test stuff then for what else? Sure its mainly made to figure out bugs on upcomming releases. But If someone wants to test a ship (specialy when it comes to supers) i think the question of the dude is ok.

Just because you feel its wrong doesnt mean that you are right! ;)
