Receg from redcoat conspiracy is a corporate thief. He has been stealing the monies and currently owes me reimbursement money for the use and death of my Moros.

Until this is resolved he will be needed to be hunted down.

In all honesty, if you going to accuse someone of such an act, you should provide proof, not a bounty. Bounties are like a compliment, not proof of guilt.

How do we know for example, that you aren't a corp thief and are just trying to set up Receg to take the blame for your actions?

Proof not only shows the truth of your accusation, it also provides entertainment and entertainment is good.
