Likelyhood of being evicted from a c2 w/ NS-c5 static?

So I am thinking about making a move into a c2 with a NS and c5 static. My main source of income will be popping out into NS for exploration/plexes, and random shenanigans. PI is decent in the system I found, and it is completely unoccupied. No towers, no poco's, etc.

How large of a risk does a large dickstar tower run of being attacked in a system like this? I will mainly never go into the c5 for anything other than intel on the neighbors, and occasionally finding a route back to k-space to dump some loot. Most of the PvP I plan on doing will be done via nullsec since local chat is the best intel in the game currently.

Don't fit your pos like a total noob and you should be just fine.

That is what I figured.

Thanks much.

Another question would be how much PvP action will I be able to muster up via the NS static? I know a lot of it depends on the alliance who owns the territory, but does anyone have much experience with a c2 with NS static?

A static null sec will provide you with endless amounts of pew opportunities. If the region you get sucks, just roll the wormhole and start over. You will have a good time

I would say there is a low chance of you being evicted. People willing to POS bash in a C2 hole are usually looking for a wormhole with a static HS.

Your not going to get many good solo fights in null sec but you can get some good ganks if you learn to use the map and are patient enough to wait on a gate until the right target appears.

But why go it alone instead of joining an existing corp?

You'll be fine, just don't tell people you're the king of wormhole space.

And don't leave capitals floating in you POS.

It is unlikely that you will get evicted as noone desires such system.

With the C5 static you may run into people that want pew. Blue-ball them enough or show your care-bear claws too many time and the wrong corp may send in a T3 fleet to bash you out of frustration

I recommend you do an AMA on Reddit about how everyone in wormhole space sucks balls and you and yours are better than everyone else. It really is the best way to ensure that you do well in the community.

Also, missile batteries are the way to go.

If you're worried about being evicted you are in W-space for the wrong reasons.

Worry not about being POS bashed. If you aren't willing to risk fighting for what you have, it just leads to a malignant cycle of cowardice.

Nobody got time for a null/C5 hole. Just put your **** star up and go roaming.

Lived out of a WH like this for about a year, it was a nice hole, better than people give it credit for. C5 space is not as scary as it seems, we made liberal use of it for logi and pew.

Nobody will come evict you unless they can stand shooting a POS for hours and then if they finally do destroy it- you can laugh at the fact it took you about 30 mins to put up and move onto another unoccupied hole.

The statics are always in the relic/data sig strength. You can't differentiate between the null & c5 static without warping to them. That being said, it was a blast living there.

Most WH corps that I have encountered expect a certain level of obedience, i.e. corp leaders saying "You show up at this time for this PvE/PvP operation or we will spank you" type deal of deal.

Going it alone, for now, allows me to do what I please, when I please.

I also am fairly noob at PvP, but that doesn't stop me from using expensive ships, and implants. Most corps dislike having huge losses on their KB's.

TLDR: I refuse to bend to the whims of some unemployed, neckbeard corp leader telling me I need to play all the time, or play a certain way.

That is all find and dandy, but I am basically going to be doing this operation by myself, and my other toon. I have no quams with fighting, but if people are just going to be going to town on my POS non-stop I would be better off setting up Yurt mobile depots all over and living out of those. Hence me asking the question I did, and appreciating the responses that I have gotten.

I have several friends in wormhole space just like that. They want to fly a certain way, without anyone telling them what to do. Good luck!

Unless you have some significant desire to use battleships, a C1 might be a better option. No one wants to try and kick someone out of a C1.
