They're not words describing the dumbness. They do however look like they went through the same creation process that the OP followed, namely putting their face on the keyboard and rolling it around, while drooling.

I never donate to a noob who asks.

When I see a noob mining/ratting/mission in a rookie ship and I check their history, and see a certifiable noob, I sneak a few million ISK into their wallet.

It's just so... adorable - like seeing baby ducks crossing the street. We want the noobs to grow up to be big strong players, so we can crush them later, see them driven before us, and hear the lamentation of their clones.
