why shadow why! you will be missed, i have especially enjoyed pestering you with questions on twitter that you cant answer due to ndas and what not. i hope you will have your replacement hang on on twitter as well, so i can pester them instead!

Good question. My replacement was chosen some weeks ago, shortly after I gave notice. Actually I gave about five weeks of notice so I could have more time to help him get ready for the things ahead, including the Private Trials for DUST 514. He'll be introducing himself on the EVE-O forums this coming week. I hope you'll give him a good welcome. (Be nice!) I would say you'll be missed but as you're planning on sticking around and to keep playing then your presense (albeit hidden) will still hopefully be felt.

Thanks for telling us how to feel about an Awesome Dev leaving. New opportunities or not CCP is loosing Shadows Awesomeness and my favorite Dev is quitting the company of the game I Play so I will just go ahead and feel bad about that.
