So many skills barely or not trained makes him unattractive to some buyers...but getting 1.5 - 1.7B would at least cover the transfer costs (2 PLEX) and most likely pay for all those skill books you injected. At least that would be better than just biomassing him because maybe someone could use him or sees potential.

You have decent standings so;
- If you have time in it, train torpedoes to V and sell it for a decent price
- Or just put it up with a 2b b/o

Yeah, that's true.. This was my first char, so I tried many things with him.. (sentry drone interfacing V <.<)

Torps V would help things. But spend that 20 days of training on the core missile skills and you may see a greater increase in price.

You'll increase damage more by putting all the cores to at least 4 if not 5.

Cov Ops 5 would be a nice bonus too.

I'm not sure what price point you would get, but I can tell you without a doubt that if you increase these skills you'll become more attractive to buyers.

It should help, but another week or 2 of what I mentioned above will REALLY help your cause :)
