Solo 5-7/10 DED sites?

I've heard that DED sites ranked up to 7/10 can be soloed by a Command ship? I'd like to now how... IE Speedtank/Pick them off from range/Brute Force tank/Sig. Tanks?

To be specific, I was planing on using a Sacrilege, with web and 10MN AB for up to 5/10 sites, and a Damnation with, again web and AB for up to 7/10. Specify, I'm looking at Blood Raider and Sansha Space, but considering branching into Guristas to get Torpedo loot for personal use.

I active tank.

Are these fitting principals viable for these sites?
What tanking strategy and tactics can I use? (Given that they will not brute force tank all the damage in pockets, assuming it all hits.)

Edit: Damnation has Target Painter Drones for frigates, and Medium Combats for DPS edge. Sacrilege can use either, but can't carry both at the same time.... Should I favor the combats, to boost DPS, or painters, to kill frigates?

Ok... Kill the painters. On both ships, or just the Sacrilidge?

I presume you are saying a flight of medium combats is more effective on frigates than Webed and Painted Rage HAMs?

The only thing vaguely like a "trick" in the ded 7s is just to kill all the BCs and cruisers so that the applied dps against your ship falls a lot (the BCs usually do a lot of damage and can hit everything accurately, the battleships will probably miss a moving BC hull a lot).

I go from running my rep flat out in the proteus at the start of a pocket to forgetting when I last cycled it once I'm down to BS only.

If you have a painter running from your ship - it will reach many more targets than the web, and it will do admirably at reducing the instances of drone aggro, so you can run damage drones just fine at some range - and you will get payback in a ded 7 because you spend about 10 minutes killing BCs and frigates, and about 50 minutes shooting piles of BS hitpoints, where you want max damage to overcome the tanks and hitpoints asap, so damage drones are really wanted for most of the encounters work.

I always though frigates first, as they almost always hit, and their combined DPS adds up fast, when you have 15 coming at you.

Kill the tackling frigates first, if there are any.

After that focus on BC's because they do alot of damage to your ship, but also tend to die quickly.
Depending on what site you run, I pick on advanced cruisers next.
