Mac Client Update Unsuccessful, AND Unable to Log Support Tickets

Hey Guys,

This is my first ever forum post, so please accept my sincere apologies if this post is misplaced or covered elsewhere. I don't want to offend anyone or waste anyone's time...

I have been unable to play EVE for approximately 24 hours, as the client won't update. I can proceed past the launcher, but the update is unsuccessful in the app as well. When I tried to log a support ticket, an unexpected error occurs and the ticket is not logged.

I am running a MacBook Pro with Retina
2.7GHz Core i7
16GB 1600MHz DDR3
Intel HD Graphics 4000 1024MB / NVIDIA GeForce GT 650M 1024MB
OS X 10.9.1

I would greatly appreciate some help on this one, as a relative EVE fresher I don't know what to do! I've tried restarting and clearing cache. The exception info is below. Thanks heaps!!
