Should I skill for a Cerberus or Ishtar, for Exploration/DED Sites?

Wondering whether to skill for the Cerberus or Ishtar.. I want to start running exploration sites to add some more variety, rather than grinding level 4s.. Curious to what you all reckon is the better ship to use for ISK efficiency?

ishtar if you have drone skills


Tengu if you have missile skills. Cerbs are pretty meh

for hisec exploration, use whatever you're skilled in. Everywhere else, cerberus can't even come close to an ishtar.

Tengus can't fit into 4/10s which are the best DED sites in highsec so it's not really a good option. Cerb is fine for DED sites, I'd say Ishtar is better but having your dps in drones can sometimes be annoying.
