I had Xander on last night and we discussed CSM 9. I don't want to take away from his Podcast and take over but I do want to provide CSM 9 candidates a chance to get a little more exposure and give them a chance to introduce themselves to the community. Also, every podcast is featured on EN24, so that is a great platform to present yourself on.

While I am interested I - like Steve - would like to know more about the format. I would also like to hear Xander's chat, so if you can get that up asap that would be good.

It's a one on one interview and I will be asking questions but there is plenty of room for a bit of flexibility. It's not going to be a stiff show with 1 very strict format.
