Litterly this game sucks every patch and something happens

So damn frustrating. And after 11 years they just can't get it right. I remember about 6-7 years ago there was an update that deleted a vital part of WINDOWS itself when it cleaned it self up causing anyone who did that update to have to reformat their whole damn machine.

that is a possibility i thought about first, really, but:

1- crash / malfunction happen on both my main and laptop, regardless of fresh install (windows / eve / both)
2- happen whatever the connection i use (tested with +-10, we have many at work for testing purpose)

and this is not even regarding the major screw up that happen for all users from time to time.

also, it take resources for NOTHING, and make managing several accounts more painfull, switching toons take ages......

Again, most people aren't having problems. The evidence here isn't with you.
CCP does a lot of testing to be sure but they can't possibly cover every case.
