I'd like to just stockpile a decent combat ready ship that doesn't cost too much but I can lose one after another.

I've been told I'm somewhat famous, no idea why...

Basically any frigate.

To be more specific, you would need to be more specific yourself. Is this for solo flying, small gangs...?

For small gangs, and of the attack frigates (Executioner, Slasher, Condor, Atron) are fun and cheap; they're especially useful if the gang needs fast tackle.

You a can never go wrong with a pile of catalysts for "combat".....

Since the cessation of their usefulness is imminent, may I appropriate your belongings?

Personally, I like the Crucifier. Good force multiplier.

Any T1 frigate or destroyer is suitable for using as a throwaway ship. If Concord aren't getting involved in the PvP they're worth insuring to cover some of the replacement costs.

In the beginning there was nothing, which exploded.

Thrashers are pretty good and cheap.

How much isk do you have? Some people are safraid of losing a frigate... I got throwaway battleships. All a matter of isk.

This. Best part is throw a few rifter wrecks in a mixer truck and viola, another brand new rifter. So its recyclable too and good for the environment.

Both cheap and replacable are a matter of perspective. The only ships that are deffiately not cheap are the rooky ships since they are free. It might be argues that the T3 ships are not in the easilly replacable category due to the skillpoint loss upon dieing in one.
