Not acceptable ccp!

ive now entered day 3 waiting for a respons to my petition regarding My payment for my subscription

money was taken out of my bank 2 ½ days ago and reported given to ccp at that same time

Yet my account remains Expired

despite a stuck petition Asking for a quick solution all i gett is my petition moved to another section with a 500 time longer respons time ...

this matter needs a quick fix .. i cannot sit in line for 2 weeks

Im so mad i cannot start to describe how confusing it is being denied a senior gm .. No answer no nothing .. Simply moving my petition and let me wait it out ... My subscrription is ticking down cause i payed .. so its going

Im losing skillpoints each day ..

Most of all i wanna just tell paypal ccp hasent provided the service i payed for and gett my money back ... But it shouldent be needed ... if ccp just Stopped slacking and got thier service back up in gears .. i rly dont care what the reason for this slack is .. but its Not acceptable .. you live off these subscriptions ,. treating costumers like this .. tsk .

Right now im more in the mood to stop paying all together and find me a game company that isent Letting half thier staff go and all thier costumer support too aparently


But im gettin what your saying ... right now its abit late tho as idd have to file Yet another petition asking for a refund for the cash i already paid ... and there is always the chance that the plex i add will Just extend the subscription i already paid for but dident gett .. leaving me locked out of my account now just with 2 months paid for


ive always prefered to say isk is for ingame fun ... $ is for the gametime ..

Okay, this is going to sound really snippy, but here goes.....

When I worked for T-Mobile, some of the cel-towers would occasionally lose service. Every time it happened, I would get six or seven customers telling me that it's 'unacceptable' that the towers were down and they couldn't use their phone.

My (mental) response was 'What am I supposed to do, walk six thousand miles and tell the repair crews to work faster?'

Okay, we get it, you're upset. CCP is a big company, despite letting people go quite recently, and they can't be everywhere, or fix everything, at one time. Calling it 'unacceptable' won't help speed matters along.

CCP has your petition in the database, and it's not going anywhere -- they're also preparing to launch a major expansion tomorrow. I say, cut 'em some slack and let them get the Big Stuff out of the way, because there's no point in getting your sub reactivated if there's nothing to play.
