Hey, I am a deaf person in real life. I want to know what's best way to make a lot of isk while doing low/null sec piracy?

Exploration equips you for tracking down ships at safe spots and cruisers like the Stratios are well equipped for exploration and attack (if used carefully and mindful of traps).

So I'd echo BP regarding plexes (watch your back though), but also add that the ability to scan down arch and hacking sites will also maximise your prey-finding potential. As hacking and arch do not require that you pve tank, you can pvp fit for specific targets (those who ARE pve tanking for example). Keep hunting until you know you have prey in a combat site. A quick visit to evesurvival will let you know if a site has tackler rats, so you can try and catch your prey in those moments where the NPCs are holding them for you. If you're especially clever, you can get in in advance, cloak, and wait for them to run most of the plex too, letting you make off with the booty!

It will be long, often boring, and somewhat difficult. But we don;t go into piracy because it's easy do we?

So long story short - equip to run low end anomalies and plexes, focusing on archaeology (reliable money maker compared to hacking). Have high dps, an agreeable tank and the ability to probe down shy pve-players. If possible, run with a pack but spread out over multiple systems, converging when one of you finds a mark to kill (talking poop in private channels or fleet channel also kills time).

Run with a 4 link loki alt with the ability to combat and core probe and fly a pvp ishtar/100mn tengu and kill people running plexes and steal their plex or run a plex and kill people trying to steal yours.
