I mean if Somer buys 60day GTC from them in bulk and sells them just like battleclinic or any other site that sells 60-day GTC but also gives some blink credit, what makes CCP think they can tell them to stop?

Who do they think they are? They can't tell someone how to run a site that they don't own. Wtf is the deal with that anyways?

This has been covered over and over and over. RMT has been against the EULA for a long, long time.

CCP didn't tell Somer what to do, they told all sites not to RMT. Simple.

Easy, commercial agreements cover this and they give Somer free stuff in game so people can drain ISK and the shill players win, right?
