Basic stuff out of the way first

Neural Remap Available + 2 Bonus

Has only been in his own corporation for training purposes only

Positive standings towards 4 main Empire factions

Positive wallet

Located in Dodixie

About his skills

Strong capability as a Minmatar PvP pilot. Most T2 modules out of the way. This includes T2 Hull Repairers (Hull Repair 5), Warp Disruption Field II, T2 Large Smartbombs (Energy Pulse Weapons 5), can anchor any T2 Bubbles and any POS modules (Anchoring 5) and use POS guns. Enough corporation management skills to take over a decent sized corporation.

Probably all the T2 rigs you need as Minmatar, any T2 Armor & Shield tanking modules, and awesome fitting & general support skills (many of them required for T2 ships). Some good basic drone skills, with the annoying 4 drone specialization skills at level 4 (out of the way).

Decent miscellaneous skills include - basic social skills for running security missions effectively, Very Decent Target Painting skills including support skills to make target painting fantastic, nanite paste skills & thermodynamics for PvP.

All skills level 4-5, except missiles.

All this character needs is a remap to Perception/Willpower to train T2 battleship projectiles, missiles, and spaceship command.

Train Minmatar Cruiser from level 4 to 5 you have a great HIC pilot with the T2 Warp Disruption Field.
