WTB - Pure PVP Sub Char ~ 40-50 mil SP

I'm looking for pure PvP char between 40-50 mill SP considering the following:

Arrow Sub Cap Pilot.
Arrow Good or Perfect Gunnery skills.
Arrow Good or perfect Engineering skills.
Arrow Good or Perfect Electronics skills.
Arrow Average or Good Mechanics/Armor skills.
Arrow Good or Perfect Shield skills.
Arrow Good Navigation skills.
Arrow I do care about drones skills.

Attention To be able to fly Gallente BS and Minmatar BS Good or perfectly.
Attention Can use Large T2 Blasters.Large T2 ProjectilesWould be nice also.
Attention Don't care if it can use Lasers.
Attention PI / Industry / Science / Social / Missile / Mining , shall be considered Overweight on Price.
Attention I don't care if the character can fly capital ships or not, it is not my thingy in game I even may prefer to buy character that can fly freighter as bonus than same character that can fly capital/carrier/dread ships.

Lady Areola Fappington:  Solo PVP isn't dead!  You just need to make sure you have your booster, remote rep, cyno, and emergency Falcon alts logged in and ready before you do any solo PVPing.

Also, to the post above mine I have fought him 1v1, great pilot and the skill points contribute to that!

I dont have t2 large blasters, but large projectiles is at V and ready for arty or autocannon specs
