Where can get a dump of items with most of the data about item, not just name and id?

Isk per hour could work for you, not ideal but it might give you a start,

What you would be better doing is the legwork yourself, if you are looking at this from a trading perspective remember that every trader will likely do the same as you or has done so already, traders come and go though, certain items that large volumes are traded such as the likes of light neutron blasters will be watched more closely.
