Typhoon new Model

Hi

I dont know if it is allowed to ask, and if yes if this is the right place to do so.

In the past i happend from time to time that a single ship has got a new Model.

Now my Question:
Is it planned to give the Typhoon a new Model? Because i like the ship a lot, but i think it has one of the most "shabby" Models in EVE.

If this i a stupid Question or the wrong place to ask it, please excuse.

For posting an idea into F&I: come up with idea, try and think how people could abuse this, try to fix your idea - loop the process until you can't see how it could be abused, then post to the forums to let us figure out how to abuse it..... If your idea can be abused, it [u]WILL[/u] be.

I love the Typhoon the way it is but that concept art is very attractive.

But how does it look like now?

Do Players have any influence to the ship Models?
Or does it get communicated if CCP desides to do something?
Or none of both and we just have to wait, and if we are lucky, something happens? :)

as of now, the Phoon looks like it should have a fighter bay or something...

why do you guys have to fall for such a generic design? the ship in that picture looks way to simple
at less the typhoon looks like it plays, goofy

I prefer "simple" over "turd".

There already was a similar thread, that I've been unable to locate, which included a pretty nice model refresh - closer to the original, yet really awesome (as it spewed missiles through its mouth). If someone can locate it and link it here, it'll be really nice, because i liked it more than the art linked here - nice, yet faithful to the old Phoon design.

While the drawings themselves of both the phoon and Pest, I don't feel they really convey BS size very well. Granted, Eve doesn't, but that phoon model, while it looks great, looks about like a cruiser, and the pest not much larger. They'd need some re-skinning to put the detailing in appropriate scale, but the models themselves look good. Maybe a bit of stretching here or there.

Like this, and I see the Hel in it, as much as the Cane, but too 'sleek'. It needs pummelling and rusting (left on a planet for a few years to apply blutack.

There ain't enough parts falling off to denote it as Minmatar...more rust and less clean lines needed.
