Fix logistic concord warning!

This is a rage QQ post for CCP introducing something that broke something else big time (surprise?). You have been warned.

Logistics getting warnings and concord algorithm disabling their cap transfers is ANNOYING AS HELL AND MUST BE FIXED.
When I am in the same corp as my logi parter and our whole alliance is at war with a second alliance concord algorithm (which is probably made by a group of drunk and corrupted cops!) gives me a warning and disables my energy transfers to my logi partner while we try to keep out fleet alive.

Oh, and how many time does this happen on a timescale of say 1-2 min. combat? It happens 3 times. Seriously? You are trying to "protect" me by disabling my energy transfers with my corp mate who is in the same war as we both are repping alliance members?

Do you know how big of a pain this is? We aren't even neutral logistics for the love of god.
Please fix the code for this Sad

Confirming that basilisks are completely useless in every situation, and the only logis that use cap chains. Roll

You're hilariously dumb since the only other logistics hull bonused for cap transfers is the Guardian, an armor logi.

You should probably have your sarcasm detector checked, it's obviously not working correctly.

YES, SCIMITARS ARE SO MUCH BETTER BUT EVERYONE WANTS BASILISKS FOR NO GOOD REASON EXCEPT SLIGHTLY BETTER REPPING AND NO TRACKING LINKS

slightly better repping that requires an incoming cap transfer that goes away the instant your cap buddy gets popped, hell yeah

No, because then it won't warn when you need it. What needs to happen is the warning (in regards to wardecs) not being given if you rep a corp/alliance member.

+1. I had the same issue as OP (also energy xfers incidentally) with CONCORD shutting down xfers at critical moments. I thought it was related to the fact that I'd just been caught by Caldari State with boosters in cargo seconds before engaging enemy fleet, though.

See boys? The sooner you accept that CCP just doesn't want you to fight in high sec, the sooner you will become carebears like me. Can't we all just get along? /troll

at which scale ?

solo sure / 30 logis ... dont know bassilisks seems to perform better.

Point is ... if what OP wrote is correct, that the "warning, and turning off modules" should not happen and it is happening.

in order to do that, i'm pretty sure they are going to have to change the way aggression is applied. And that will require a entire overhaul of the aggression mechanics.

do-able yes, but a lot of work for just a single annoying fix.

Now I wouldn't know how the code is actually written or how it's executed, but having a check-mechanism for the two connecting pilots to see whether they are in the same alliance/corp and if so not executing the concord message would be a bliss.
I wouldn't know either if this would take too much processing power.

It shouldn't take much. It is essentially a hidden flag if/then check such as if both are in same corp then the flag trip shouldn't occur.
