Hey guys.

I am trying to outfit a harbinger for solo class 1-2. Here is the fit (for you guys to better see what the problem is).

Prototype Cloaking Device I

Medium Capacitor Control Circuit II

Medium Capacitor Control Circuit I

Implants:
Genolution Core Augmentation CA-1 (slot 1) -> 33 mil
Inherent Implants 'Squire' Energy Systems Operation EO-602 (slot 6) -> 5.8 mil
Inherent Implants 'Lancer' Controlled Bursts CB-701 (slot 7) -> 849k
Inherent Implants 'Squire' Energy Management EM-802 (slot 8) ~ 10mill

Before you guys say anything, I got an alt who scans etc. so no need for a probe launcher.
I have a stasis web to catch frigates and an afterburner to dictate range on any cruiser/bc type ships. My main problem is the nos/neut on frigates. With the above implants and without an afterburner module being active (since i won't be using it permanently) i am cap stable at 39% (46.5GJ - 45GJ).

So i got a couple of questions guys:

Do sleeper frigates use a Small Neutralizer I? From the attributes screen i see that a small neut takes 45GJ per cycle. How much am i going to lose (is it 46.5GJ - 45GJ - 45GJ = - 43.5GJ)? Are the numbers of capacitor consumption in eft in "per second" or "per cycle of all modules"? How do i count that?

And just a general question. How do amarr ships deal with sleepers in c4-5-6? If sleepers neut so heavy it seems like amarr gang fleets won't be able to deal with the amount of cap sucking.

IIRC the sleepers that neut, the frigs each neut for -3gj/s, cruisers -6 and bs -10 to -36gj/s (though you won't find the heavier neuting bs in c1-2).

You can get the spawn wave details from a site like eve survival (use google cache) then look up the npc details on http://games.chruker.dk/eve_online/inventory.php?category_id=11 if you want exact numbers.

there is a cap battery or smthing forgot its name you might consider it istead of cap recharger it help also against neut .

Opportunities multiply as they are seized.

Sleepers will neut, but you can solo any C1 site and any C2 anom with that fit. I'd recommend using a medium nos instead of the cloak.

There's nothing worse than an EVE player, generally considered to be top of the food chain in the MMO world, that cannot smacktalk with wit and coherency.
