LF you would be better off looking to legitimately buy a character. Buy some PLEX and sell them in Jita so you can buy something here.

FYI - You cannot just 'return' a character if you are going to quit. You would have to pay the transfer fee again and the owner would have to have an active account at the time.

Also please carefully read through this section's Rules and Bumping Rules before posting again.
