Hey chaps, I would like to purchase a character with perfect logistics skills.

The ideal pilot will have been a tried and tested logistics pilot for incursion fleets and will be a perfect pilot in their chosen logistics cruiser; I would prefer a shield focussed logistics pilot but armour is fine too.

I have a variable budget where the max is around 15billion but this would have to be a truly exceptional pilot.
