Ship running lights not displaying, which setting?

I'm having trouble finding the setting to enable the ship running lights (the flashing lights on the tip of the Amarr shuttle, the lights that blink on/off the ships, etc.) on my client. I remember them working a few patches ago, but now they're all turned off, and I don't know which setting to select to enable them. I'm running with near-max graphics settings, except for the anti-aliasing, so for all accounts, the lights should be displayed.

Do you guys know where to find the setting?

Even if you zoom way in? If that brings them back (or even if it does not) try the LOD settings.

Yeah if I zoom in or out, it doesn't matter. There's a column of 4 lights on the front of the Moa and the bottom of the Obelisk, for example. Nothing shows. The animated "lines" moving down the Obelisk's cargo bays does, but none of the lights do. I didn't even realize capsules had lights until the other day when I read that someone was talking about them.
