Help with angular velocity and tracking speed

Hey,
my trackingspeed is 0,027 and the enemy rats angular velocity is 0,01-something.. Yet all my guns "miss completely" almost all the time.. Why? :(

There's more to it than that, apart from the base tracking number you also have to consider the target size vs your gun size. So if you use a big gun against a smaller target and there's angular going on it'll have a penalty on the overall to hit chance.

Read through this guide and it'll start to make sense.
