Bringing roses might not help you. But not bringing roses sure can hurt you.

Edit: Today is 02/14/2014 or 14/02/2014. See the pattern there? Two 0s, two 1s, two 2s, and two 4s. That symmetrical convergence of numerals will never, ever happen again in the history of all Valentine's Days. That might mean something.

By the way, budget shoppers, McDonald's is taking reservations for candlelight Valentine's Day dinners. Anyone who can pull that off and keep the relationship going gets major bragging rights. It means either she really loves you, or she has very inexpensive taste, or you are the ultimate bullshitter.

If you do try it, be sure to get a McMemories photo as proof.

Wow. I guess that makes sense the more pervasive technology becomes in our lives and the more we further we become disconnected from the natural world.

I like Valentine's Day. I just think of it as a day of self-love (and not in any naughty sense). It's a day to treat yourself good and do something nice for yourself, but I've always been the selfish type. xD

Also, I noticed that eve channels that day were full of more grumpy and cynical people than normal. But my valentine's day was great, spent the evening watching ATXI videos with my gf. Everyone do yourself a favor and find one that plays eve, you won't regret it.

Wife doesn't play EVE but is a PC Gamer like me for decades. She has her own Gaming Rig(s) herself. We played together in the Unreal Tournament world for several years...

When I want new hardware she just says "Do I get one too?"
