WTB amarr/gal pvp focused 8bill budget

ok ladies and gents im looking to get my hands on a focused pilot

i will buy - sec status pilots if they fit the bill and are sorted well to what i would like


that being said what i would like to have is

is around 22mill to 32 mill sp

respective BC 4 or 5 5 pref

BS minimum 4

cruiser and frig 5

solid core skills and decent drone skills

for amarr i was solid guns skills atleast tech 2 large guns

for gallentte tech 1 guns is fine but i want good and solid drone skills can hit me up in game

on the toon morgan zarya or send mail to this toon start the posting +P
